The Art of Joy

4-Day Retreat — June 25 to 28, 2026

We will move forward step by step to reconnect with joy, through sisterhood, teachings, embodied practices, and healing sessions…

in a place of exceptional beauty.

   The Intention of the Retreat

We have envisioned a six-day retreat in Les Saintes, in Terre-de-Haut, set in an exceptional environment, dedicated to The Art of Joy.

During these days together, we will explore how the body, the nervous system, emotions, as well as family and transgenerational imprints, influence our ability to experience joy, to deeply relax, and to allow ourselves pleasure the pleasure of living, of being fully ourselves, and of daring to move in new directions.

This is not about seeking a permanent state of joy, but about learning to move forward with greater fluidity, embracing life with a more peaceful and conscious perspective.

Step by step, supported by sisterhood, teachings, workshops, and spaces for inner exploration, we will journey toward a more authentic joy.

The beauty of the setting and the warm, powerful energy of the island will gently support this process.

Through insights, embodied practices, and therapeutic sessions, we will bring light to what restrains our natural momentum, allowing vitality to flow freely once again.

Joy is an inner presence.
Always there.

Sometimes simply veiled by conditioning, fears, or wounds from the past.

This retreat is an invitation to reconnect with that sensitive, spontaneous, and luminous part within you the one that knows how to feel, create, love, savor life, and fully embrace the present moment.

Your Facilitators

This retreat was born from a genuine desire to share a meaningful moment centered around joy.

Vanessa has been organizing workshops and women’s circles in Guadeloupe for over twenty years, while Agnès is a certified kinesiologist specializing in reconnecting with joy.

Together, we envisioned a shared human experience one that nurtures the beauty and harmony that naturally emerge through presence, listening, and connection.

We wanted to create a space to slow down, to lay down what feels heavy, and to step away from the fast pace of everyday life.

A suspended moment, free from roles to fulfill, expectations to meet, and pressures to carry.

This retreat has been designed as a gentle sanctuary dedicated to reconnecting with yourself, your body, your sensations, and the life that moves and vibrates within you.

We will be assisted by Noémie Gloux, a trainer in Janzu, shiatsu, symptothermal awareness, aquatic massage, and water rituals.
