FROM ISLAND TO ISLAND...

Born in Paris, I grew up in the Île-de-France region before earning a Master’s degree in Cultural Mediation from the Sorbonne.

I then spent around ten years working in the film industry — a demanding, creative and fascinating world for the cinephile that I am.

Life eventually led me to a very different island in the Caribbean: Les Saintes.
A slower rhythm. A new closeness to nature and the sea. A profound turning point.

It was there that I started my family and chose to reorient my path toward a profession more aligned with who I am: supporting others.

I trained in kinesiology at the EKTC School in Paris, with the intention of practicing within a structured, professional and rigorous framework.

Since then, I have continued my professional development and benefit from ongoing supervision in order to ensure a practice that is both demanding and deeply ethical.

I turned to kinesiology because I experienced it myself at a pivotal moment in my life and realized how powerful an ally the body can become.

I discovered that by learning to listen to the body rather than struggle against it, it becomes a source of guidance and solutions.

My practice is based on a holistic approach: considering each person in all their dimensions physical, emotional, mental and energetic and moving forward with gentleness, precision and respect for each individual’s rhythm.

Over the years, my path has naturally led me toward a central focus: reconnecting with joy.

A deep and stable joy, anchored in the body, like an inner compass.
Not a fleeting state of euphoria, but a sense of alignment almost a way of living.

In September 2026, a new chapter begins in Palma de Mallorca, where my family and I are moving to continue and expand this work, as well as my retreats dedicated to The Art of Joy.

What inspires my work:
supporting you in rediscovering balance, clarity and inner stability, so that you can move forward in life with greater alignment and serenity.

The body knows.
My role is to help you listen to it.
