Holistic kinesiology

Kinesiology is a gentle, holistic body-based approach to well-being, developed in the United States in the 1960s.
It draws inspiration from chiropractic care, Traditional Chinese Medicine, and psychology. It is not based on divination or esoteric tools, but on structured and established body-based techniques.

It considers the person in all their dimensions:
physical, emotional, mental, and energetic.

It is based on a fundamental principle:
the body holds in memory what the mind has sometimes forgotten.

 

From the very beginning of our lives, the body records emotions, experiences, shocks, and fears.
When these experiences are not fully integrated, they may manifest as tension, anxiety, fatigue, or repetitive patterns.

Through muscle testing, kinesiology establishes a dialogue with the body to identify imbalances and gently support their release.

By releasing stress and calming the nervous system, it promotes emotional balance, greater inner clarity, and a smoother flow of energy.

Each session is fully personalized, respecting each individual’s pace.

The body guides the session and releases only what it is ready to let go of.
A progressive, aligned, and lasting path toward overall well-being.

Muscle Testing

Muscle testing is a tool for dialogue with the body.


It is based on the connection between emotions, the brain, and the muscles.

A gentle pressure applied to a muscle helps identify stored stress and imbalances.


When the body is under stress, muscle tone changes.
This variation becomes a true form of communication.

By reducing stress, kinesiology supports the restoration of balance, personal choice, and inner resources.

Rebalancing techniques draw from both Western traditions (chiropractic care) and Eastern traditions (Traditional Chinese Medicine).

In kinesiology, the body guides the session.

Body Memory

The body retains traces of our experiences sometimes beyond what the mind consciously remembers.

When stress is not fully processed, it may manifest through tension, fatigue, or repetitive patterns.

Releasing these imprints allows greater physical and emotional freedom.

The body knows.
Learning to listen is the first step.

Each session begins with a time for conversation.
You are invited to share freely what you are experiencing and what you wish to ease, understand, or transform.

You are then comfortably settled, fully clothed, on a massage table.

Through muscle testing, a dialogue with the body is established to identify current priorities, imbalances, blockages, or stress at the root of your concern.
This exploration allows us to define a clear and personalized intention for the session.

The session continues with a rebalancing phase, using gentle and tailored techniques to support the body toward deeper and lasting integration.

Each session is unique and fully respectful of your pace.

My Training & Methods

I am certified by EKTC Paris, with over 450 hours of professional training.

My practice is grounded exclusively in structured, body-based methods acquired during my kinesiology certification.

It draws in particular on:

– Touch for Health, aimed at identifying and correcting energetic imbalances in the body

– The Three in One Concept, supporting the integration of body, mind, and spirit

– Brain Gym / Educational Kinesiology, an American approach combining cognitive neuroscience and physical exercises to enhance mental, intellectual, and physical capacities

Driven by a deep curiosity about human nature, I regularly pursue further training in psychology, philosophy, and neuroscience to continuously refine and enrich my practice.
